Data-Bwoy is the solo project of Hearin' Aid's Damon Frost (aka D-Frost Beats). Hiphop is his game and with this EP he defeats it! "Data-Bwoy" comes bouncing off the record with it's wacked up beats, rumbling bass, gritty electronics and freaky samples. Big Fun(k), put together like a freestyle session.
The title track sets you right off, challenging your senses with slapping beats and raw electro sounds. "It's a Bwoy" sounds fresh and dirty at the same time. The A-side is wrapped up nicely in heavy sampling and psychedelic beats with "I B Buc". On the B side two slightly longer tracks, "O-BWoy" with it's raw melodic sounds is a real strong production, "Thee Shit" hits you with a hard bouncing beat and a fiery rhythm, resonating long after it's done!

D-Frost Beats shows some serious extravagance with "//dATA-BWoY", a smart, contagious and fun EP, representing some of the freshness that comes alive when old skool hiphop gets spontaneous. Damon Frost is the personification of just that...

Together with Aaron Phiri, Damon Frost is Hearin' Aid, Sweden's finest duo in hip hop. As a beatmaker, rapper and producer he's been touring and performing for over 15 years. But Damon never started out to be a musician, his dance career is what brought him to Sweden and he's been a pro for over 25 years now. Damon Frost has competed, performed, battled and inspired with his dancing all over the world, winning many prizes and gaining international acclaim in the street dance community as the Rubberband Man.

Damon took part in the Red Bull Music Academy and judged the Red Bull Beat Battle of 2007. He won the UK BBoy championships of 2006 and is the 2004 winner of the famed Just Deboute street dance contest. He has toured with Jam on the Groove/Rocksteady and Sweden's most renowned street dance troupe, BouncE.
